Our Founder

Staci Cross has always had a passion for real, healthy food. She believes that our vitality, success energy level, and how we contribute to the world begins with the health of our bodies from our food choices. It is from a place of service to lift others up through feeling their best and making the most of their lives that she devoted her life to bringing Enjoy Pure Food + Drink into the world.

Chef Michael Smith honed his skills in Nice, France, and Chicago’s Charlie Trotter’s, among others, before taking the helm at Kansas City’s revered The American Restaurant in 1994 where he was one of the city’s first James Beard Award-winning chefs.
