Join us for an enlightening conversation on the introduction of mindfulness + wellness practices. Sarah will share ways on how to incorporate these practices into your daily life to increase energy, health, happiness, and productivity. Gain a better understanding of how stress exists in your body, and how it affects our lives and relationships. Sarah will also spend time demystifying meditation. Early practitioners set unnecessarily high expectations for their meditation practice. This will help eliminate the intimidation and make meditation and breathing exercises accessible to all. Sarah Buchanan is the wellness curious founder of INDULGE, a company that creates experiences for people to put themselves first, define their own balance and enhance their well-being. She is a cycling instructor, yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, writer and community leader. Her purpose is to empower you to show up authentically and do the work to define yours so you can live life elevated.
