  Spinach and butter lettuce, hard-boiled egg, pecans, parmesan, peas, carrots, cucumber, cherry tomato, honey sesame vinaigrette
  
• Trail Hike Sandwich
  Tuna, avocado, apples, cranberries, walnuts, onion, celery, and Dijon-mayo on multi-grain bread. Served with organic tortilla chips.
  
• Countryside Warm Bowl gluten-free
  Chicken, cauliflower rice, cilantro pesto, and peas, topped with diced tomatoes, shredded carrots, cilantro, microgreens

• Chocolate Brownie gluten-free, dairy-free
