Appetizer:

• Homemade Soup Choice of Chicken & Vegetable or Daily Vegan. Gluten-free.

Main:

• Winter Pear Salad
  Spinach and butter lettuce, pears, hard-boiled egg, parmesan, pecans, cranberries, roasted coconut flakes, smokey balsamic dressing. Gluten-free & vegetarian.
• Fiesta Plate
  Brown rice, black beans, chicken, guacamole, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, Guajillo red sauce. Gluten-free.
• Turkey Herb Wrap
  Turkey, Manchego cheese, herb aioli, cucumber, mixed greens, tomato, whole-wheat tortilla. Served with organic tortilla chips.
